Let's talk it through →When do payments start?
At the agreed kickoff, after we confirm your pages and receive the required content. Upfront: $1,900 before design and development, then $1,900 before launch. Monthly: the first $175 is due before work begins.
Do I own the website?
Upfront customers own the agreed website once fully paid and can request its static files. Monthly customers subscribe to an ongoing service, with no ownership transfer or buyout. Your domain and supplied content remain yours.
How do edits and support work?
Text, image, and small existing-page changes have no request-count limit. New pages, features, and redesigns are quoted separately. Support is personal, including evenings when available; it is not staffed around the clock.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
Before 12 months, the remaining unpaid initial-term payments are due. After that, cancel under the agreed notice terms. The subscription website ends with the service; its source code and static files are not handed over.
Why custom code?
We build lightweight static pages without a public CMS login, website database, or plugin stack. That helps keep delivery fast and reduces common security risks. We handle content updates for you under your chosen plan.
Can I move an upfront site elsewhere?
Yes, once fully paid. Request the static files when you need them. Hosting, form handling, and other connected services require separate arrangements with your new provider.
